The Opportunity:

We are not a cold, corporate dental factory-we practice "Dentistry Redefined". Led by Dr. Seraphim Moreira, a highly respected clinician with a 35+ year legacy of delivering exceptionally gentle, relationship-driven care, our practice treats patients like family. We are looking for a powerhouse, business-minded Office Manager to form a true leadership partnership with Dr. Moreira, cultivate our close-knit team, and drive the operational growth of our thriving facility.
The Environment:
High EnergyHigh Support Litchfield Smiles features a beautiful, modern 7-operatory setup running a fast-paced, high-energy, and deeply friendly daily workflow. You won't be marooned on an island; you will lead a highly collaborative, synchronized team of top-tier professionals:
Front Office:
3 total team members (including you as the leader).
Hygiene Department:
2 dedicated, full-time Registered Dental Hygienists (RDHs).
Back Office:
2 to 3 highly skilled Dental Assistants. Key Responsibilities (The Three Pillars of Success) 1.
Practice GrowthStrategic Partnership:
Partner directly with Dr. Moreira to optimize the practice's daily production, manage key performance indicators (KPIs), identify revenue-generating opportunities, and implement growth strategies that expand our local patient footprint. 2.
People LeadershipCulture Preservation:
Act as the operational heartbeat of the clinic. Train, mentor, and schedule our front and back-office teams to maintain a highly synchronized, low-stress, and collaborative workplace culture. 3.
Comprehensive Patient CareCollections:
Oversee the entire front-office lifecycle. Build lasting relationships with patients, handle escalated patient care inquiries, maximize insurance billing across major networks, and ensure a seamless, efficient check-in/check-out process.
RequiredPreferred Qualifications Leadership Experience:
Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on Dental Office Management experience is strictly required.
Dental Business IQ:
Deep expertise in dental billing, complex insurance navigation, accounts receivable management, and dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar). The "Growth"

A proven track record of managing schedules for maximum clinical efficiency, identifying same-day treatment opportunities, and leading teams to meet or exceed monthly production goals.
