This leadership position is ideal for a professional who is passionate about healthcare, operational excellence, and building a positive, patient-centered culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and experience managing both the clinical and administrative functions of a medical practice. Position Summary The Medical Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and an exceptional patient experience. This individual will work closely with providers and staff to maintain a collaborative, high-performing work environment. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of the medical office, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management Supervise and support administrative and clinical support staff, providing coaching, training, and performance management Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture focused on exceptional patient care Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, state and federal regulations, and practice policies Monitor office productivity and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency Coordinate with providers to optimize patient flow and clinic operations Work with Administrator to develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and consistency Monitor inventory, vendor relationships, and office resources Resolve patient concerns professionally while promoting a high level of patient satisfaction Lead quality improvement initiatives and support practice growth Qualifications Required Minimum of two years of leadership or supervisory experience in a medical office setting Proven experience managing daily medical practice operations Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and office administration Experience leading and developing a team Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative management style Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office applications Preferred Experience in pain management or another medical specialty practice Experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including: Competitive salary based on experience Health insurance Monthly Health Savings Account (HSA) contribution 401(k) retirement plan Long-term disability insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and sick leave Paid holidays Continuing education and professional development opportunities Supportive leadership team and collaborative work environment Compensation Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications (DOE).
