Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Coordinator to join our team! Your energetic approach will help manage administrative tasks, coordinate events, oversee vendor relationships, and support team members across various departments. Duties Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, and calendar scheduling for staff and leadership. Handle human resources functions including onboarding new employees, maintaining personnel records, and supporting payroll processes. Support medical office management tasks if applicable, including appointment scheduling and patient record organization. Answering phones, insurance verification. Knowledge of human resources procedures including onboarding, training & development initiatives. Strong communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette to interact confidently with patients and staff. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with medical office management or healthcare-related administrative tasks is a plus.
