Job Description

We are seeking a strong, hands-on Dental Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations at our dental office in Anaheim, CA.

$80,000 - $90,000 annually

You will play a critical role in driving production, optimizing systems, and building a positive, accountable team culture. This is not a passive management role—we are looking for someone who leads from the front and is invested in the success of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily operations of the dental practice Lead, coach, and hold team members accountable to performance expectations Drive production, scheduling efficiency, and case acceptance Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance and profitability Ensure an exceptional, patient-first experience from scheduling through treatment completion Manage patient flow and optimize the daily schedule for both patient experience and production Lead morning huddles and team meetings to align on daily and weekly goals Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development of team members Maintain operational systems, inventory, and vendor relationships in a fiscally responsible manner Partner with leadership on growth initiatives and practice performance
Preferred Background:
5+ years of experience as a Dental Office Manager or Lead Treatment Coordinator in a PPO environment (cosmetic-focused experience is a plus) Proven ability to lead teams, improve performance, and drive results Strong understanding of dental KPIs, scheduling, and case acceptance Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Experience with
