Compensation $30-36/hr Benefits Medical Dental Retirement Plan Monthly Bonuses Key Responsibilities Practice Operations Oversee daily office workflow, scheduling, and patient flow to ensure an efficient and productive day. Maintain accurate systems for insurance verification, treatment planning, billing, and collections. Monitor and manage KPIs including production, collections, case acceptance, reappointment rate, and new patient growth. Ensure compliance with all clinical, operational, and safety protocols. Patient Experience & Case Acceptance Support providers by ensuring strong treatment presentation processes. Coach team members on case acceptance techniques, financial conversations, and patient communication. Ensure consistent use of visuals (X‑rays, photos, intraoral images) to support patient understanding and acceptance. Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy. Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop front office and clinical support teams. Conduct regular check‑ins, performance reviews, and accountability conversations. Foster a positive, patient‑first culture built on communication, trust, and follow‑through. Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members. Financial & Administrative Management Manage office goals and targets Review daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to identify trends and opportunities. Partner with regional leadership to execute operational goals and growth initiatives. Preferred Experience & Qualifications 3+ years of dental office management experience in a multi‑provider or high‑volume setting. Strong dental case acceptance skills , including treatment presentation and financial coordination. Comprehensive knowledge of dental benefits and insurance , including PPOs, HMO/DHMO, and state programs. Proven leadership and communication skills , with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop teams. Experience improving KPIs such as case acceptance,production, collections, reappointment rate, and patient retention. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment with changing priorities. Proficiency with dental practice management software (Open Dental, etc.). Ideal Candidate Profile Confident, organized, and solutions‑oriented. Skilled at balancing patient care with operational and financial responsibilities. Comfortable leading through change and holding teams accountable. Strong communicator who builds trust with patients, providers, and staff. Driven by growth, stability, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
