Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our dynamic dental team. In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, guiding them through their treatment plans while ensuring seamless communication between patients, dental providers, and insurance companies and Billing. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage the front desk with professionalism, providing excellent patient service and phone etiquette. Review and update medical records and documentation, including medical history forms and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, financial arrangements, and insurance benefits while explaining complex procedures in understandable terms. Collaborate with dental providers to facilitate smooth patient flow and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards. Need a Strong Treatment educator and help patients claims , end of day report, Billing , accounts receivable. Will begood if the person knows billing. Experience Previous clinic or dental office experience is required; familiarity with dental terminology Excellent customer service skills combined with effective phone etiquette and multi-line phone system handling are crucial for success in this role.
