Responsibilities:

What You'll Do Partner with the doctor to drive practice growth, performance, and patient experience Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team Own front office operations, including scheduling, billing, and collections Improve patient experience, retention, and production Use data and insights to identify opportunities and drive results

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

3+ years' of prior experience as a treatment coordinator in a dental practice 1+ years' experience with AR experience Experience with Dental Software Knowledge of Dental operations Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards
