Position:

Assistant Office Manager If you are an organized, self-motivated, individual with a proactive approach and problem solver, this is the position for you. As an Office Manager, you are primarily responsible for ensuring effective operations of the dental office and management of the dental team, and maintaining and meeting your monthly goals and budgets.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Pedo/ Ortho Dental Office Manager Maintain a full schedule of patients through working with internal & external Marketing teams on daily bases Actively working with treatment coordinators to support and improve the case acceptance processes Coordinate with clinical director and other doctors to ensure on-time delivery of each case and Adherence to confidentiality, state, federal, and HIPAA laws and guidelines with regard to patient's records. Ensure all patients have received their required follow-ups calls & after-care treatments Manage doctors schedule and accommodate their specific needs Establish and manage internal office protocols & procedures to ensure office efficiency Hire and train new office staff and manage their schedule Greet and serve all patients as they arrive and direct other staff to do the same Maintain the office budget, general ledger and accounting systems Motivate office personnel to serve patients Oversee the processing of insurance and secondary insurance claims Assist patients with applying for credit and other financial assistance if needed Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis if needed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Pedo/Ortho Dental Office Manager 4+ years' dental office management experience required College degree or equivalent experience Working knowledge of dental billing and insurance protocols Excellent customer service and leadership skills Ability to multitask efficiently Excellent computer and typing skills Ability to use Microsoft office and create reports in Excel Eaglesoft Dental Software knowledge
