Dental Office Manager

We have a very nice and modern dental office with a great team. We are dedicated to providing quality and kind dental care. We value treating our patients well, and having a happy working environment. We are looking for a motivated and capable leader. Someone knowledgeable in the dental field who is goal oriented in regards to reaching office collections and managing staff, as well as treatment planning. We use third party financing options such as Care Credit and others. We are willing to train and teach the right candidate if needed. We are looking for someone bilingual; fluent in spanish and english. We are looking for a manager who will monitor their team and maintain company protocol, efficiency, while also helping treatment plan as needed to make sure we get to office collections and production.
