Delegation Full Job Description Office Manager Duties:
- Oversee and manage all administrative functions of the office
- Maintain and organize office files, both physical and digital
- Develop and implement training programs for office staff
- Manage phone systems and ensure proper phone etiquette is followed
- Coordinate team meetings and events Company X-mas Party Company Picnic Appreciation gifts Company lunch Company Parties Appreciation party for Temps at Company Catering raffles purchase gift for raffle
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of medical office management is a plus
