Dental Office Manager

Are you an experienced Dental Office Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment? We are looking for a motivated leader who can build a positive team culture, deliver exceptional patient experiences, and help our practice continue to grow.

Dental Office Manager Schedule:
Full-Time Pay:
Competitive hourly rate + bonuses (based on experience)
Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy dental practice Lead, coach, and motivate the front and back office teams Ensure an outstanding patient experience from start to finish Manage scheduling, production goals, and collections Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve office performance Handle treatment presentation and case acceptance Resolve patient concerns professionally and efficiently Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff development Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and office protocols Work closely with the doctor to achieve practice goals
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and scheduling Experience with Open Dental (preferred) Excellent leadership and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Positive attitude and ability to multitask Proven ability to increase production while creating a supportive team environment
