This is an opportunity to step into a meaningful leadership role in a growing, patient-focused retina practice where your voice, ideas, and leadership will truly matter. This is a small, high-touch environment where the goal is simple: take great care of patients and run an efficient, well-organized practice. We are looking for someone who enjoys being part of a team, is comfortable jumping in where needed, and also has the ability to think ahead and help the practice continue to grow and improve. You'll work closely with the physician as a trusted partner, helping guide day-to-day operations while also shaping how the practice evolves over time. What You'll Be Doing Keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly for both patients and staff Supporting, guiding, and developing a small, dedicated team Keeping an eye on performance, identifying what's working and where we can improve Overseeing revenue cycle activity in partnership with an external billing team Streamlining workflows and helping bring structure and consistency to processes Managing vendors, supplies, and key relationships Helping plan for future growth, including operational improvements and new initiatives What We're Looking For Experience managing or supporting operations in a healthcare or medical practice Someone who is organized, reliable, and naturally takes ownership of their work A strong communicator who can connect well with both staff and patients Comfort working with financial and operational data to support decision-making A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset Willingness to roll up your sleeves and be part of the team

Preferred:

Ophthalmology or retina experience Experience with revenue cycle oversight or vendor management Bilingual skills (Spanish or Farsi) Why This Role This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to have real impact.
