Dental Office Manager

Private, PPO/FFS | Full-Time We are a private owned dental practice seeking a Front Office Administrator to lead our front office team and support our growing dental family. Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of dental office experience Dentrix proficiency required Strong knowledge of PPO and FFS insurance Excellent communication and leadership skills Highly organized and self-motivated Positive, team-oriented attitude Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Insurance verification and billing/posting Presenting treatment plans and financial arrangements Entering treatment into Dentrix Running and analyzing daily, weekly, and monthly reports Tracking practice performance metrics and KPIs Managing incoming calls and assisting at the front desk Delegating tasks while maintaining accountability HR-related duties, including staff scheduling and team management Serving as the point of contact for patients and vendors Ensuring smooth daily operations and stepping in where needed Why Join Us?
