Full-Time About the Role We are a growing mobile wound care company seeking an experienced and highly organized Clinical Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and support our field clinicians. This leadership role is essential in ensuring efficient coordination between providers, home health agencies, and patients while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Office Operations Management
  • Oversee daily administrative workflows to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Scheduling & Logistics Coordination
  • Manage provider schedules, patient appointments, and travel routes to optimize productivity. Team Leadership
  • Supervise office staff, provide direction, and maintain accountability for performance standards. Insurance & Billing Oversight
  • Coordinate patient intake, insurance verification, authorizations, and documentation accuracy. Agency & Patient Communication
  • Serve as the primary liaison between home health agencies, clinicians, and patients. Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure all records meet HIPAA standards and healthcare regulatory requirements.
Qualifications Prior experience as an Office Manager in a healthcare AND wound care setting (required) Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a fast-paced environment Experience with scheduling, insurance verification, and medical billing processes Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently
Education Minimum:
Associate's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, or related discipline Preferred Certifications (Not Required) Certified Medical Manager (CMM)
