The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of medical office management, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This role is crucial in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently while maintaining compliance with HIPAA regulations and managing medical records. Duties Manage the overall operations of the dental office, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care. Oversee appointment scheduling, patient records management, and billing processes to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations. Maintain and enforce office policies and procedures, including adherence to HIPAA standards for patient confidentiality. Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment. Coordinate with dental professionals to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the practice. Implement practice management software systems to enhance operational efficiency. Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer service. Experience Proven experience in office management or practice management within a dental setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of dental terminology and practices is essential. Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and dental records management is required. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, staff, and dental professionals. Proficiency in office management software and technology used in dental practices is advantageous.
