This pivotal role combines administrative expertise with clinical understanding to ensure efficient clinic management, exceptional patient care, and compliance with healthcare regulations. As a key member of our team, you'll oversee daily office functions, manage staff, and coordinate financial and operational activities to foster a thriving healthcare environment. Duties include but are not limited to: Lead and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, medical assistants, and billing personnel, ensuring high performance and excellent patient service Oversee clinic operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and maintaining a welcoming environment for patients and visitors Manage medical records using EMR to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with HIPAA regulations Coordinate billing, coding, and insurance claims processing to optimize revenue cycle management Monitor fiscal activities including budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to ensure the practice's financial health Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and OSHA regulations Facilitate human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development in accordance with employment laws Skills Extensive medical office experience with proficiency in EMR/EHR systems Strong supervisory skills with proven experience managing healthcare teams in clinical or administrative settings Expertise in fiscal management, budgeting, and financial oversight within a medical practice environment Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations Ability to navigate worker compensation processes and utilization management procedures effectively Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in fast-paced environments
Pay:
$26.00 - $35.00 per hour
