Position Overview We are looking for an Experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our front office team. This role is primarily focused on guiding patients through their treatment plans while also supporting day-to-day front desk operations. Key Responsibilities Present and coordinate treatment plans for implants and general dentistry Maintain accurate patient records, follow-ups, and treatment tracking Communicate clearly and professionally with patients in person and over the phone Assist with front desk duties including check-in/check-out, scheduling, and answering phones Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth, positive, and efficient office experience Qualifications ✔ Strong communication and phone skills ✔ Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude ✔ Highly organized with strong attention to detail ✔ Dental or medical front office experience (preferred, but not required) ✔ Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow Why Join Us?
