Dental Office Manager Full-Time | $80,000 - $105,000 Annual Salary Some Saturdays Required Lead, Inspire, and Grow With Us We are seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team and play a key role in the success of our practice. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with a background in treatment coordination , team development, and dental office operations. This individual will help drive practice growth while ensuring patients receive an exceptional experience from consultation to completion of treatment. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the daily operations of a busy dental practice Lead, coach, and support front office team members Present treatment plans and educate patients on recommended care Review insurance benefits and discuss financial arrangements with patients Follow up on pending treatment and help patients move forward with their care Monitor scheduling, collections, production goals, and office performance Partner with doctors and clinical staff to maximize efficiency and patient satisfaction Maintain a professional, positive, and patient-focused office culture Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in dental office management, treatment coordination, or a similar leadership role Strong treatment presentation and case acceptance skills Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and patient financing options Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities Experience with dental practice management software Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment Availability to work some Saturdays What We Offer Competitive salary of $80,000-$105,000 , based on experience Full-time career opportunity with growth potential Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients and practice success Apply Today If you are a motivated dental professional who enjoys leading teams, building patient relationships, and helping practices achieve their goals, we encourage you to apply.
