Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, billing, and administrative support, ensuring smooth workflow and high-quality patient experiences. Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to foster a collaborative team environment. Manage fiscal responsibilities such as budgeting, financial management, and resource allocation to meet financial goals while maintaining excellent patient care standards. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including

HIPAA, JCAHO

standards, and OSHA requirements related to medical records, medical terminology, and clinic safety protocols. Utilize PMS (Practice Management System) like iDental, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Open Dental to maintain accurate dental records and facilitate efficient documentation processes. Coordinate with dental professionals to streamline dental management processes including acute care procedures, managed care plans, utilization management, and dental administrative support. Oversee human resources functions such as hiring, onboarding, staff scheduling, and ensuring adherence to employment laws within a healthcare setting. Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and patient satisfaction. Experience Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare operations within a dental clinic environment. Demonstrated supervisory experience leading teams in fast-paced healthcare settings. Strong background in fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource planning. Proficiency with PMS (Practice Management System) like iDental, Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Open Dental is essential. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and best practices for maintaining confidentiality of dental records. Experience with office management tasks including human resources functions and medical administrative support. Familiarity with dental office procedures and clinic experience is highly desirable.
