In this pivotal leadership position, you will be instrumental in boosting sales, ensuring outstanding customer satisfaction, and fostering a team environment that values service, style, and accuracy. Your Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day store activities, including opening and closing, staffing logistics, and ensuring smooth operations on the sales floor. Mentor, train, and inspire a team of sales staff and opticians to achieve both individual and collective sales objectives. Maximize store revenue by leveraging in-depth product knowledge, employing effective upselling strategies, and adopting a customer-focused sales approach. Guarantee each customer receives tailored, top-tier service, from selecting frames to the final fitting and dispensing, enhancing their overall experience. Manage stock levels, optimize visual displays, and ensure timely product restocking in accordance with established brand guidelines. Collaborate with the district or regional manager on employee evaluations, recruitment strategies, and strategic business planning. Address and resolve customer complaints with the utmost professionalism, ensuring swift and satisfactory outcomes. Uphold strict adherence to optical retail standards, safety regulations, and all company-mandated policies. What We're Looking For A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role, ideally within the optical, fashion, or specialized retail sectors. Documented success in consistently meeting or surpassing established sales goals. Exceptional leadership qualities, demonstrating the ability to cultivate and maintain a high-performing team. Prior experience in optical dispensing, frame adjustments, or collaboration with licensed opticians is highly desirable. Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
