Position Overview The Treatment Coordinator plays a key role in helping families understand treatment recommendations, scheduling care, and creating a positive patient experience from start to finish. We are looking for someone who is organized, personable, proactive, and eager to grow within the practice. Responsibilities Present treatment plans and explain financial options to parents/guardians Coordinate and schedule treatment appointments efficiently Verify insurance benefits and discuss patient financial responsibilities Follow up on pending treatment and unscheduled appointments Assist with patient communication and customer service Support front office operations as needed Help maintain a positive, team-oriented office culture Work closely with doctors and leadership to support practice growth Qualifications Previous dental treatment coordinating experience required Pediatric dental experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Comfortable discussing treatment and financial arrangements Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Positive attitude with leadership potential Experience with Open Dental or similar software preferred Growth Opportunity This role offers: mentorship and leadership development opportunity for advancement into management involvement in office growth and operations We are looking for someone interested in building a long-term career with our practice.
