As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Practice Manager who can lead our team, support our doctors and staff, and ensure operational excellence across all areas of the hospital.
The Role:
Practice Manager The Practice Manager is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital while fostering a positive, productive, and supportive work environment. This role blends people leadership, operations management, and client service excellence —ensuring the hospital runs efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of patient care. What You'll Do Team Leadership & Culture Lead, mentor, and support a team of veterinary professionals Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable workplace culture Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management Promote team engagement, retention, and professional development Operations & Hospital Management Manage day-to-day hospital operations and workflow efficiency Ensure smooth coordination between front and back-of-house teams Oversee scheduling to support productivity and work-life balance Maintain hospital policies, protocols, and regulatory compliance Client Experience Ensure a high standard of client service and communication Address client concerns with professionalism and empathy Support the team in delivering a seamless, compassionate experience Financial & Business Performance Monitor hospital performance, KPIs, and financial goals Manage budgeting, inventory, and cost controls Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement Our Practice & Environment North Hills Animal Hospital offers a wide range of services, from preventive care to surgery and urgent care, providing a dynamic and engaging environment for both clinical and administrative leadership.
