Position Summary The Manager, Practice Management is responsible for leading the daily operations, performance, and strategic direction of a busy outpatient clinic in Antelope Valley. This role partners closely with physicians and clinical leadership to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience while driving operational efficiency, staff performance, and regulatory compliance. As a successful candidate, you will: Lead and manage all administrative and clinical operations within a single outpatient clinic Oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management of staff Partner with physicians and clinical leaders to optimize patient flow and care delivery Drive operational improvements to enhance patient experience and efficiency Ensure compliance with OSHA, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies Monitor workflow, productivity, and clinic performance metrics Resolve patient and staff concerns with professionalism and urgency Manage budgets, expenses, and financial performance of the clinic Support strategic initiatives including growth, service enhancements, and operational excellence Foster a collaborative, high-performing, patient-centered culture Your qualifications should include: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare or medical practice setting with leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of clinic operations, practice management, and regulatory standards (OSHA, managed care). Experience managing staff, budgets, and operational performance Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with physicians and staff Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare billing/coding processes Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and team leadership
