Job Description

Job Summary Dental Office Manager We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (Spanish-English) Dental Office Manager to lead operations for our growing multi-specialty dental practice. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives on building a positive office culture, empowering team members to succeed, creating exceptional patient experience, and helping drive the continued success of the practice. Must have Superb communication skills and demonstrate strong organization skills to lead a positive, professional office culture.
Compensation:
$75,000-$100,000
Key Responsibilities and Duties Office Operations:
Manage daily front-desk activities, coordinate scheduling, maintain patient records, and ensure compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
Financial Management:
Capable in salesmanship and confident in making financial arrangements. Oversee billing, collect payments, manage accounts receivable, process insurance claims.
Staff Leadership:
Effectively manage Front and Back office staff, including setting daily and monthly goals for employees, recruit, train, coach, evaluate, and develop team members while maintaining accountability and performance standards.
Patient Relations:
Act as the primary point of contact for patient concerns, explain treatment plans. Required Experience and Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish is a Must Dental office management or strong dental front office leadership experience of at least 5+ years Experience with dental codes, PPO insurance, claims, EOBs, billing, HMOs, and Dentical. Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to lead, support, and organize a team Attention to detail and follow-through Professional, calm, and solutions-focused approach
Preferred Experience:
Experience in Oral Surgery, Orthodontics, Periodontics, and Pediatrics Proficiency with Eaglesoft Strong computer user skills What We Offer A real seat at the table - the doctor wants a partner in leadership, not just an administrator.
Compensation:
