Support proper use of veterinary practice management software, medical records, estimates, client communication tools, and internal reporting systems. Help maintain a clean, organized, safe, and welcoming hospital environment for patients, clients, and team members. Promote a collaborative, respectful, and service-driven culture where pets come first and team members feel supported. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of veterinary practice management or veterinary leadership experience required. Experience supervising veterinary technicians, assistants, receptionists, and support staff. Strong understanding of veterinary hospital operations, including patient flow, client service, scheduling, inventory, estimates, invoicing, and medical record processes. Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable in a busy clinical environment. Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, expense control, reporting, and revenue growth. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, organization, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with doctors and team members across multiple service areas, including wellness, surgery, dentistry, diagnostics, urgent care, boarding, grooming, and exotic pet care. Proficiency with veterinary practice management software and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. RVT, CVPM, or similar veterinary leadership credentials are a plus, but not required. Spanish-speaking ability is a plus. What We Are Looking For We are seeking someone who leads by example, communicates clearly, and understands the balance between excellent medicine, strong client service, and healthy business operations. This role is best suited for someone who has already worked in veterinary leadership and is ready to take ownership of hospital operations, team development, and client experience.
