Thanks for reviewing this job posting. We'd like you to know we are 100% privately owned and operated family dentistry practice with no corporate or DSO affiliations of any kind. We've designed our practice with our patients in mind. We've made a conscious effort to design the practice to not only provide the most advanced care for our patients, but also the most comfortable experience for them when they visit. By combining these two elements, we strive to provide the absolute best for our patients and team. The right candidate will have the following qualities: 2-3 years experience in Dentistry as a front office coordinator Experience with dental software, treatment planning, PPO billing, and financial arrangements Experienced on how to schedule a dental practice Sociable and able to build rapport easily with kids and parents alike Advanced speaking and presentation abilities Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills Committed to HIGH quality patient care Confident enough to think outside the box Proactive, energetic and hardworking
