Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, motivated, and personable Front Office Coordinator to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our dental practice. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and ensuring the efficiency of our office operations.
Responsibilities:
Office Administration Manage the daily operations of the dental office, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. Maintain compliance with dental regulations, insurance protocols, and OSHA standards. Coordinate staff schedules, ensuring proper coverage for all business hours. Oversee office supplies inventory and equipment maintenance. Patient Relations Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Supervise patient scheduling, treatment coordination, and financial arrangements. Monitor the patient experience to enhance the practice's reputation and patient retention. Team Leadership Manage and support the front office and clinical staff, fostering a collaborative environment. Provide training, coaching, and performance evaluations for team members. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees. Financial Management Oversee billing, collections, and accounts receivable/payable processes. Work with dental software to generate reports and track office performance metrics. Assist with budgeting and financial planning to meet the practice's goals. Technology and Software Management Ensure proficiency and efficiency in using dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental, or similar). Troubleshoot and coordinate technical support when needed.Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in dental office management or a similar role. Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and coding procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in dental practice management software. Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism and a commitment to providing excellent patient care.Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of holistic or minimally invasive dentistry principles (optional but desirable). Experience in aesthetics, biomimetics, or advanced dental technologies. Familiarity with marketing and patient engagement strategies.Compensation:
