This pivotal role ensures the seamless coordination of clinical, financial, and administrative activities, fostering an efficient, compliant, and patient-centered environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in healthcare management, medical office operations, and team supervision to support high-quality surgical services and exceptional patient care. Duties Oversee daily operations of the surgical center, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation to optimize workflow and patient throughput Manage fiscal responsibilities such as budgeting, financial management, billing oversight, and expense control Supervise clinical and administrative staff, providing leadership in human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and staff development Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations such as
HIPAA, JCAHO
standards, and OSHA requirements while maintaining accurate medical records and documentation Coordinate with medical providers to facilitate clinic operations, manage medical management processes, and support acute care or hospital-based procedures as needed Implement policies for clinic safety, infection control protocols, and quality assurance initiatives to uphold the highest standards of patient care and operational excellence Skills Proven experience in medical office management within ambulatory surgical centers or similar healthcare settings Excellent fiscal management skills including budgeting, financial analysis, managed care processes, and revenue cycle management Supervisory experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment with a focus on team motivation and conflict resolution Deep understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance, and healthcare regulations like JCAHO standards Ability to coordinate clinic operations efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient safety and satisfaction Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy surgical center environment Join us in shaping a thriving healthcare facility where your leadership drives excellence in patient care!
