As a PPO/FFS dental practice, we prioritize patient care and foster a welcoming environment where our team members are considered part of our family. Job Overview Must be comfortable and confident in closing high ticket treatment plans! We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Dental Office Manager and Treatment Coordinator to lead our practice operations and coordinate patient care effectively. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in dental office management, medical administrative support, and treatment planning. This role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily clinic functions, supervise staff, manage financial aspects, and ensure exceptional patient experiences through efficient treatment coordination. Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and JCAHO standards. Supervise administrative staff, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-functioning team. Manage fiscal responsibilities including budgeting, financial management, and billing processes utilizing Dentrix. Coordinate patient treatment plans by explaining procedures clearly, scheduling appointments efficiently, and ensuring understanding of financial options. Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. Oversee human resources functions related to staffing, onboarding, and staff development within the dental practice setting. Monitor clinic performance metrics and implement process improvements to enhance patient satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in dental office management or healthcare management with a strong background in medical administrative support. Extensive knowledge of Dentrix Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Strong understanding of medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare regulations including HIPAA compliance. Experience with fiscal management including budgeting, financial analysis, and billing procedures. Familiarity with dental clinic operations, practice management principles, and healthcare quality standards such as JCAHO accreditation requirements. Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate treatment plans clearly and professionally with patients and staff alike. Pay:
$27.69 - $33.35 per hour
