Practice Manager | Concierge Regenerative Medicine | Montecito Cobalt Regenerative is a private, membership-based regenerative medicine practice in Montecito serving high-net-worth individuals and families. We are hiring our first team member. This role is not for everyone. We need someone who has managed client relationships where discretion, presentation, and follow-through are non-negotiable. If your background includes any of the following, we want to hear from you: Five-star hotel concierge or guest services management Private wealth management or family office client relations Luxury retail management High-end med spa, private dental, or concierge medical practice Executive assistant to a UHNW principal What you'll actually do: Run the practice. Manage patient scheduling, coordinate treatments and labs, handle all inbound communications, follow up with prospective patients after consultations, and ensure every interaction reflects the standard our clientele expects. You'll guide prospective patients from initial interest through enrollment - this role is equal parts operations and relationship management. You work directly with the founding physician daily. This is a small, fast-moving operation. There is no team to hide behind. If something needs doing, you do it.

Requirements:

3+ years in a client-facing role serving affluent or high-expectation clientele. Impeccable communication - written and verbal. Organizational skills that border on compulsive. Comfort with technology - EMR, CRM, scheduling platforms. You figure things out without being told how.

Preferred but not required:

Experience in a medical or clinical setting. Familiarity with regenerative medicine, hormone therapy, or wellness services. We will train the right person on clinical workflows and protocols. What we cannot teach is how to make a discerning client feel like the only person in the room.

Compensation:

$55,000-$95,000 depending on experience. This is a ground-floor opportunity with real growth trajectory as the practice scales - not a dead-end position.

Location:

Montecito, CA. In-person. This is not a remote role.
