What You'll Own Drive Growth & Results Lead year-over-year revenue and profit growth Manage and protect the office budget and P&L Monitor expenses and optimize performance Implement marketing initiatives that fuel patient acquisition and retention Set clear, measurable, and motivating individual and team goals Lead & Develop People Hire, coach, mentor, and develop Front and Back Office teams Build future leaders and identify rising talent Conduct performance reviews and guide professional growth Partner with HR on staffing, employee relations, and compliance Create a culture of accountability, positivity, and continuous learning Deliver the Perfect Patient Experience Champion a "Patient for Life" philosophy Ensure every patient interaction reflects our culture and values Collaborate with dentists to enhance communication and outcomes Address and resolve patient concerns with empathy and professionalism Operational Excellence Implement and uphold operational best practices Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards Maintain cash management and accounting protocols Oversee facility cleanliness and maintenance standards Create systems so the office runs smoothly—even when you're not there Communicate & Influence Report weekly performance updates and progress Analyze financials, identify trends, and recommend improvements Provide feedback that strengthens the broader organization Present information clearly and confidently What Makes You a Great Fit Results-Oriented Leader You set goals, meet commitments, and never lose sight of the finish line. Qualifications Required:
5+ years of management experience (medical/dental office preferred) Operational leadership experience High school diploma orGED Preferred:
