This is a hands-on position, focused on managing daily workflow, delegating tasks, ensuring coverage for breaks, and supporting patient care across appointments and procedures. You will play an important role in staff development, updating and creating new SOPs, and helping to ensure that safety protocols are followed. Our ideal candidate is an emotionally intelligent leader, with genuine passion for mentoring and supporting the growth of their team.

Schedule:

This is a full-time position with a 4/10 schedule. We are currently open Monday through Friday, but may expand our hours to include Saturdays in the future. Full-time benefits and compensation•:
