Job Description

JOB SUMMARY
Support program operations including administrative responsibilities such as supervising administrative/billing staff, reports, ordering supplies, data entry, billing report tracking, filing, phones, and sorting mail.

RESPONSIBILITIESReasonable accommodation may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.

Support program operations, timely billing, record-keeping systems, forms control, office needs, andadministrative performance and communications.

Act as liaison to property management, vendors, and corporate departments.

Facilitate reimbursements, invoice and check request tracking, petty cash custodian. Log receipt ofincoming checks and/or cash, account deposits through designated channels.

Screen calls, departmental communication, and administrative duties.

Greet, receive, and assist visitors and callers.

Aid general program operation including errands, office supplies inventory, ordering, andresponsibility for office equipment maintenance.

Enter data, such as demographics, history and extent of disease, diagnostic procedures and treatment.

Participate in scheduled program meetings.

Other relevant duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required.

Office management/administrative assistant experience preferred.

Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.

Cultural Competency understanding required.

Bilingual preferred.

If substance use disorder program a negative tuberculosis test (TB) is conducted under licensed medical supervision within 45 working days of hire or within 5 working days of employment and valid cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and first aid certification upon hire or within 90-days of employment.
