This 100% onsite role is ideal for a hands-on administrative leader who enjoys owning a wide range of office operations, including payroll, accounting, HR administration, compliance, reporting, and daily business support. The Office Manager will serve as the operational backbone of a small, close-knit office team while supporting an active field and logistics workforce. Key Responsibilities Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoice processing, vendor payments, customer accounts, bank reconciliations, deposits, petty cash, and general ledger activity. Process weekly payroll, payroll journal entries, garnishments, deductions, PTO tracking, employee time records, and payroll-related reporting. Support HR administration, including onboarding, employee files, benefits coordination, 401(k) reporting, employment verifications, wage increases, and performance documentation. Maintain compliance records related to workers' compensation, OSHA logs, DOT and Non-DOT drug testing, DMV Employer Pull Notices, driver documentation, permits, licenses, registrations, and insurance records. Prepare management reports, sales reports, budget-to-actual reports, sales and use tax reports, annual filings, customer agreements, and other business records. Oversee daily office operations, including office supplies, filing systems, backup reception support, customer assistance, and recruiting support as needed.
Compensation and Benefits Pay:
$62,400 to $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
