Monday-Friday + Some Saturdays About This Opportunity We're looking for a hands-on Dental Office Manager who can lead daily operations while actively supporting patients through treatment coordination . This role is ideal for someone who is organized, confident in presenting treatment plans, and capable of keeping both the team and schedule running efficiently. What You'll Do Oversee front office operations and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow Present treatment plans and clearly explain procedures, insurance, and financial options Handle treatment coordinating duties, including patient follow-ups and case acceptance Manage scheduling, collections, and office organization Lead and support administrative staff to maintain a productive environment Work closely with doctors and clinical team to improve patient flow Address patient concerns and maintain a high level of service What You Bring 1-2 years of experience in dental office management or treatment coordination Strong skills in treatment plan presentation and financial discussions Knowledge of dental insurance and billing processes Leadership ability with strong communication and organizational skills Experience with dental software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, etc.) Availability to work some Saturdays What We Offer Competitive salary: $85K-$105K (DOE) Full-time, stable leadership role Supportive and team-focused work environment Opportunity for growth and advancement Apply Today If you're an experienced dental professional who can lead a team and confidently guide patients through their treatment, we encourage you to apply and become part of our team.
