This pivotal role involves overseeing daily front desk operations, managing guest relations, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere across our hospitality environment. Duties Supervise front desk staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure smooth daily operations Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints with tact and promptness to enhance overall guest satisfaction Manage multi-line phone systems, ensuring clear communication and proper phone etiquette at all times Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs swiftly and effectively Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and reporting Maintain comprehensive records of guest interactions, reservations, and service requests to support operational excellence Qualifications Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong background in customer service Multilingual or bilingual abilities preferred to serve diverse guest populations effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems and reservation software is essential Exceptional communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and professional interaction Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced resort or hotel environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong leadership skills with the capability to motivate team members and foster a collaborative work environment Previous experience with night audit procedures and guest relations is highly desirable Join us as a Front Office Manager to lead with enthusiasm, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and be an integral part of our vibrant hospitality team.
