This position is ideal for an organized, proactive, and patient-focused individual who is interested in developing leadership and practice management skills within a growing medical office. The Assistant Manager will be trained in all major areas of the practice, including front office operations, patient experience, scheduling, medical assisting, inventory management, employee onboarding, workflow optimization, and office administration. This individual will work closely with leadership and the office manager to learn the operational systems of the practice and provide management support as needed. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking long-term professional growth and increased responsibility within a high-performing aesthetic practice. Responsibilities Operations and Management Learn and support the day-to-day operations of the practice Assist with employee onboarding and training Help develop, update, and implement standard operating procedures Support payroll preparation and administrative HR functions Assist with staff scheduling and office coverage planning Help monitor daily workflows and identify opportunities for improvement Provide management support and coverage when the office manager is unavailable Assist leadership with special projects and operational initiatives Patient Experience and Front Office Ensure patients receive exceptional service throughout their experience Assist with patient scheduling, confirmations, and communication Monitor provider schedules and help maintain efficient patient flow Address patient concerns professionally and appropriately Help maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional office environment Clinical and Inventory Support Learn medical assisting responsibilities and assist clinical staff as needed Support treatment room preparation and clinical organization Assist with inventory management, ordering, and supply tracking Help maintain office systems, organization, and operational readiness Team Development Support staff training initiatives Help reinforce office policies, procedures, and service standards Assist in maintaining a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture Participate in ongoing learning and leadership development opportunities Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Professional, polished, and dependable Excellent customer service skills Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and follow-through Leadership potential and interest in practice management Experience in a medical, aesthetic, hospitality, or customer service environment is preferred but not required Compensation and Benefits $24 to $28 per hour, depending on experience Opportunity for compensation growth based on performance and expanded responsibilities Defined benefits pension plan Cosmetic injectables and skincare perks Professional development and leadership training Conference attendance opportunities Team lunches and special events This position is designed for someone who wants to learn every aspect of a successful aesthetic practice and grow into a leadership role.
