Who You Are:
You are a confident, capable, and experienced dental leader who understands how to successfully balance patient experience, conflict resolution, team accountability, operational systems, and practice profitability. You lead with emotional intelligence, organization, and a solutions-focused mindset while building strong relationships with both patients and team members. Qualifications 5+ years of dental office management experience (HR, conflict resolution and payroll processing, budgeting and forecasting experience) Proven success leading high-performing dental teams Strong understanding of practice operations and workflow systems to achieve daily, monthly and weekly goals by provider, department and practice.
