Job Description

Job Description Dental Office Manager (Performance-Driven) - Redwood City Modern dental practice in Redwood City seeking a true Office Manager to run daily operations and drive results. This is not a front desk role . We're looking for someone who can keep the schedule 95%+ full, lead the team, and ensure monthly production goals are met.
Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday | 7:30 AM - 4:30
PM Responsibilities:
Maintain a full, productive schedule (doctor + hygiene) Drive production and collections to meet goals Lead and hold team accountable Improve case acceptance and patient retention Track and manage key
KPIs Requirements:
Dental office management or strong treatment coordinator experience Solid understanding of insurance, scheduling, and case presentation Organized, proactive, and numbers-driven Comfortable in a paperless, tech-based office Dental assisting background is a plus
Compensation:
Competitive base pay Bonus tied to performance (production & schedule goals) If you know how to fill schedules, drive results, and take ownership , apply with your resume and a short note on your experience with KPIs and production goals.
Pay:
$30.00 - $38.00 per hour
