Job Description

Help Us Grow Something Great Soft Touch Dental Group is looking for an experienced Dental Office Manager who is passionate about leadership, patient care, and practice growth. This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong teams, improving systems, and making a meaningful impact on the success of the practice. We're looking for a leader who takes initiative, leads by example, and knows how to inspire and hold a team accountable while maintaining a positive, supportive work environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily front office operations and scheduling Lead, coach, and support the team Monitor production, collections, scheduling, and key performance indicators (KPIs) Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and help grow the practice Oversee insurance workflows and patient financial coordination Partner with doctors and leadership to implement operational improvements Deliver an exceptional patient experience and foster lasting patient relationships Maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented office culture Qualifications Prior dental office management or lead front office experience required Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment coordination, and scheduling Proven ability to lead a team, hold team members accountable, and foster a positive work environment Self-motivated with the initiative to identify opportunities and implement solutions Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Microsoft Excel experience preferred Comfortable using dental practice management software Goal-oriented with a passion for helping grow a successful dental practice Exceptional customer service and patient communication skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities 50% employer-paid health insurance after 90 days Paid holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive leadership team and collaborative work environment
