Responsibilities:

Provide responsible leadership for a professional staff, Hiring, onboarding, and retaining staff Training, and goal-setting for staff Timely, appropriate, and professional communication with staff Adhering to all HR legal responsibilities Maintain function of the hospital equipment Order office supplies Maintain controlled drug logs, reporting Perform financial management, debt collection, and monitoring of budget Handle clinic finances, human resources, and hiring while remaining compliant with state and federal employment laws. Participate in the practice's strategic planning process and actively work to operationalize strategic initiatives to move the practice forward Assist in processing payroll and creating schedules

Job Type:

Full-time Pay rate: $40/hour
