This leadership role oversees all administrative and operational functions of the practice, including staff management, financial performance, workflow optimization, marketing coordination, vendor relationships, and patient service excellence. The ideal candidate is a strong operational leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch healthcare environment and has a proven ability to lead teams, improve systems, and drive accountability. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of a busy surgical and aesthetic practice Lead, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff Manage scheduling, workflow efficiency, and patient experience initiatives Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational goals Coordinate vendor relationships, facilities, and technology needs Support marketing and business development initiatives Partner closely with the surgeon/ownership team on strategic growth Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of management experience in healthcare, aesthetics, plastic surgery, or another high-performance service environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience managing teams, improving operations, and driving performance metrics Proficiency with EMR/practice management systems and Microsoft Office Join us in making a meaningful difference in patients' lives.
