Job Description
We are expanding and are looking for an experienced office manager for our beautiful practice in San Juan Capistrano ,near HWY 5. We are offering competitive pay, and exceptional benefits including both a 401(k) and a retirement plan, for the right candidate. Finding an experienced dental professional is important to us. At least four years experience as a dental office manager is required for an interview. Experience with Eaglesoft software, is a plus. Personal motivation and mutual respect are an important part of our dental team. We are looking for a self-starter who truly wants to succeed in their field. The right candidate is experienced in all aspects of running a dental front desk and has solid staff management experience. The person that we are looking for is self-motivated, reliable, friendly, computer-literate, and possesses excellent people skills.
