We are looking for a Clinical Specialty Technician Manager to join our crew — someone who loves being on the floor, leading from the front, and jumping in when things get wild. What You'll Be Doing (Mostly on the Floor!) Leading by

Example:

Triage, place catheters, run CRIs, assist with anesthesia, monitor critical patients, and jump into the action whenever needed.

Keeping It Smooth:

Help manage patient flow from check-in to discharge so everyone — clients, patients, and staff — has a great experience.

Building Schedules & Teams:

Adjust staffing as needed, coach your crew, and keep morale high.

Making Things Shine:

Ensure the hospital is clean, safe, and stocked so the team can focus on what they do best — saving lives.

A Little Admin:

About 10% of your time will go to scheduling, training oversight, and supporting overnight operations behind the scenes. Who You Are RVT or equivalent experience with confidence in advanced emergency and specialty cases Clinically seasoned (2+ years in Specialty) — comfortable managing high-acuity patients and complex procedures independently A floor-first leader who teaches, mentors, and supports in the moment Clear, calm communicator who performs well under pressure Someone who thrives in controlled chaos and finds purpose in challenging medicine This isn't a desk job.
