Job Description

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Dental Office Front Desk Manager to oversee daily front office operations and ensure an exceptional patient experience. The ideal candidate will manage scheduling, patient communications, insurance verification, billing coordination, and administrative workflows while supporting a positive and efficient office environment. This role requires strong leadership, multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily front desk operations and supervise administrative staff Schedule patient appointments and coordinate provider calendars Greet patients and provide outstanding customer service Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing/payments Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally Coordinate treatment plans, referrals, and follow-up appointments Assist with reporting, collections, and office performance goals
Qualifications:
Previous dental office or healthcare administration experience preferred Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and scheduling software Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental practice management systems

Pay:
$20.00 - $33.00 per hour
