  • Full-time We are looking for an Amazing, Outgoing, Friendly & Fun Leader to organize and coordinate our Dental Office.
Your role is to create and maintain a pleasant work environment for the team, patients and parents. Ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety. A successful Leader should have experience with a variety of office software (email tools, spreadsheets and databases) and be able to accurately handle administrative duties. Ultimately, the Office Manager should be able to ensure the smooth running of the office and help to improve company procedures and day-to-day operations. Skills Experience as a Dental Office Manager preferred Front office experience in a Dental setting required; must be knowledgable with insurance verification/benefits, presenting treatment plans, dental billing and claim follow up as well as all other front desk duties. Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook) and/or Google G-Suite(Documents, Sheets, Forms) Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements Excellent communication with the Doctors and Team Responsibilities Schedule and hold morning huddles, meetings and appointments Ensure a productive and efficient schedule for the doctors and staff Payroll monitoring and approval, timesheets, vacations and staffing needs Front office duties including: maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, billing & collecting from patients and dental insurance companies, checking patients in and presenting treatment plans, confirming appointments, etc. Organize the office, help enforce policy and procedures Maintain and improve the office condition and arrange necessary repairs and maintenance Partner with Management to update and maintain office policies as necessary Assist in the onboarding /sourcing/training of new hires Local Marketing to companies, stores and other offices to increase patient volume and patient satisfaction
