You will serve as a key point of contact for patients, support daily clinic operations, and help maintain the warm, welcoming atmosphere that our practice is known for. This position combines leadership, administration, patient communication, and select clinical responsibilities. Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and workflow Coordinate scheduling and patient communications Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism and compassion Support an exceptional patient experience from first contact through ongoing care Manage inventory of supplements, injectables, and medical supplies Coordinate with providers and outside facilities to streamline patient care Submit prescriptions, lab orders, and patient documentation Administer intramuscular injections and assist with select clinical procedures Maintain accurate records and support clinic systems and processes Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and patient experience Assist with special projects and practice growth initiatives What We're Looking For Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Tech-savvy and confident learning new software systems Experience with Mac computers and Google Workspace Customer service mindset with a warm and professional demeanor Comfortable with injections, phlebotomy, and clinical procedures (training available for the right candidate) Prior medical office, healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or management experience preferred Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (AA degree or equivalent experience considered) Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or office management Interest in holistic health and wellness
