Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of 2 clinics: appx 4 DVMs and 16-20 RVTs / VAs Supervise and mentor veterinary teams, supporting their growth and success Foster a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture Recruit, hire and onboard DVMs, RVTs and VAs as needed Identify and onboard relief DVMs, as required Set clinic staffing levels and build employee schedules in Paylocity, approve timesheets, requests for PTO and execute payroll Building strong community relationships through outreach to local practices Ensure exceptional client service, addressing concerns and feedback promptly Order inventory through VetCove or direct suppliers Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

3+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably in a veterinary setting Proactive with strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills Experience with practice management software and basic financial management (plus if it is with Shepherd, VetSnap and VetCove) Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with focus on efficiency and client satisfaction
