What You'll Do:

Act as the key point of contact for patients, ensuring a positive and informed treatment experience Present treatment plans, discuss financial options, and schedule appointments Assist manager im overseeing front office operations and support clinical efficiency Oversee insurance verifications and patient follow-ups Collaborate with the dental team to ensure high-quality patient care Motivate and manage team members with clarity and confidence

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 4 years of experience in dental treatment coordination or office management Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Open Dental software Knowledge of dental insurance and financial arrangements Leadership qualities with a patient-first mindset Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
