This pivotal role combines medical office management with team leadership, ensuring exceptional patient care and smooth administrative workflows. As the driving force behind our practice's success, you will oversee staff supervision, financial management, and compliance with healthcare regulations, fostering a positive environment for both clients and team members. Our core values guide our every decision, and we look to them to correct us when we are wrong. Our Team Members At our group of three privately-owned animal hospitals we have:
  • 19 DVMs
  • On-call board-certified internists and orthopedists
  • 100+ technical staff and client care representatives We ensure that both our patients, and their owners, receive the best care available.
With our well-established client base, we expect our practice to continue to see double-digit growth in revenue. Two of our hospitals are currently undergoing major expansions and renovations. With our massive expansions, we are in need of strong leadership to regionally manage the next stage of our development. Besides investing in our hospital, we have made a significant investment in our team members and managerial staff to support our growth. Our RVTs, Vet Technicians, Doctor's Assistants, and Pharmacy Technicians are dedicated to our mission of providing excellent patient outcomes. We also have administrative, HR, payroll, and accounts payable departments already in place, so that you are free to focus on our priorities for the hospital: leadership, vision, innovation, and revenue growth. Our Hospitals Our hospital has 8 exam rooms, two surgery suites, large doctors' office, separate dog and cat wards, and is outfitted with all the latest equipment, including:
  • Digital full-body radiography and digital dental radiography
  • In-house lab with Idexx Catalyst, SnapPro, Abaxis PTPTT, and CBC machines
  • Full suite of dental equipment
  • Cold laser, ultrasound, and endoscopy
  • In-house and online pharmacy

  • Personal pet discounts Your Skills and Qualifications Previous practice management experience at a large veterinary hospital, especially those with specialty and emergency departments.
Experience managing 6+ doctors and 20+ support staff Demonstrated ability to analyze revenue trends and capitalize on opportunities for growth; experience designing social media campaigns. Implementing workflow efficiencies and promoting excellence in customer service Motivating doctors and staff to perform at the highest levels of professionalism, as individuals and as team members Leading staff development initiatives OSHA compliance; inventory management; facilities maintenance Client relations and community outreach Exemplary behavior in all matters of hospital leadership Dedication to
